No surprise at the Main and McFadden store closing. I imagine the one in the MainPlace mall will be closing in the near future as well. It's one of the last two mall-based Gamestops left in Orange County and kinda surprised it hasn't already closed.

$15 base. The drop was expected with the sale price starting yesterday.

Yeah you can easily find New copies on secondary markets for less than what Gamestop sells it for used. It'll still continue to go up, just not a drastic increase anytime soon.

Hoping the Most Wanted trade promo is tomorrow. Been 5 weeks since the last one, and that one wasn't very good for a lot of the triple a Switch titles.

Xbox one titles do qualify in store, just not online. Purchased 1 XB1 2 PS4 titles earlier today no problem. Good through March 1st.

Yeah some other good values for Switch - Bioshock Collection at $15 base and Octopath II at $20 base. But definitely disappointing for most of the Triple A titles from Nintendo.

Dang ending the gold points program sucks, at least they were nice enough to end it after Xenoblade X releases right? lol

Curious to see much higher that will go cause that's how much new copies go for on secondary markets

    Official Collector's Edition Compilation XII - 2021

Yeah even the game is sold out now. Dang did the steelbook last 10 mins or something? By the time you posted here, looks like it was already gone. The one I have from GameStop has a noticeable dent and I'm imagine these are in better shape, so it would've been nice to get and replace.

A little bit down the page "Are there closings beyond 1/18" and then expand the last comment thread, it's at the bottom.

Yeah Orange County as a whole is looking pretty bleak - only 4 stores left in North (1 in Cypress, 1 in Westminster and two in Santa Ana). Only two in Central OC - Costa Mesa and Irvine. And in South OC, only 3 left (Aliso Viejo, Mission Viejo, and Ladera Ranch). So 9 stores left total, which...

Yeah same here. Forgot I had even preordered it almost 7 years ago.

Yeah I just did a quick count of stores, looks like only 16 left in all of Orange County? They've already been closing stores in the area over the past year but that seems a little low.

Zero chance Modern Warfare III holds through the weekend with how many people will be trading their $10 (or $9 used) copies in. So if I were you guys I would trade it in first thing tomorrow.

Yeah I've gotten some pretty bad fakes, particularly the Pokemon GBA games. If you're like under 25 working there, you've probably never seen a GBA game in your entire life. So it's hard to blame them and I can understand. What I don't understand is some of the other stuff like accepting trade...

Yeah this happened to me during last year's BF. Doing three transactions within a short period of time will trigger the system decline. Couldn't place another order until the following day.

It's definitely nice that the newer preowned games have a limit of 2 per transaction. Didn't have to rush to decide which games to buy.

Yeah no surprise with Godzilla again. Is that a $20 jump for UMVC3? I haven't been tracking that one but I think it was $60 last month.

Dang just found out one of my local stores closed last week. Was there for a pretty long time (20 years or so) and was in a good area too (big shopping plaza). I only have to go a couple miles farther to the next closest one but I'm still kinda surprised since it always seemed busy whenever I went.
