I got my copy from amazon today and it's the Limited Edition version that includes "Extraction" on disc.

So my DS2 pre-order at amazon is still sitting at $47.99 (I used a $10 credit). Hopefully they will adjust the price to $44.96. EDIT: I e-mailed amazon and they adjusted the price to $44.96. Gotta love amazon! :D

I picked up the first six seasons of All in the Family. I've been wanting to get these for years. Awesome sale.
