Same with me. I ordered mine on Tuesday when it was $35 too. My order didn't ship till last night, but they were still able to refund me the difference. $8 back.

Just a heads up.  If you get a limited edition 3ds xl and if it should ever break, Nintendo won't replace it with another limited edition xl (I learned this the hard way).  They'll either give you a red or a blue as a replacement for the broken one.  Apparently they don't keep any limited...

I think you're correct. I think the company would only honor a warranty new or refurbished unit.

I don't think I would want to do that because I'm pretty sure that would void the warranty. I also don't know the first thing about replacing housings and what not.

How durable are these skins? Will they peal off or tear easily? Which seller/brand is reputable? Have you personally used decals before? I apologize for so many questions, but I don't wanna end up wasting money on something.
