I disagree. I don't think any podcast should be longer than 60 minutes with a grace period of 90 minutes. I listen to a lot of podcasts and I can't dedicate 3 hours at a time to listen to my shows. I also find it somewhat disorienting to stop listening to a podcast in the middle and pick it up...
