I've found that doing the preorder as an afterthought tends to work. Go in, start trading and then ask to throw $5 on the game, works everytime for me

Haven't gotten any of my offers for becoming a PRO and the three times that I've called, they just give me points. I don't know if I should be upset that I have to call or happy for the free points.

Tried to trade in a dead galaxy s5 for the extra $20 promo and the manager said they couldn't (or wouldn't) override. It took them forever because they needed to charge it for 15 minutes, despite it being dead. also wanted to charge me a refurb. All in all, a waste of a lunch break.
