The data for Pokémon Yellow http://www.cheapassgamer.com/forums/games.php?do=gameinfo&gameid=10575 is encoded in the wrong character set. It seems to be encoded in latin-1 instead of the page's utf-8. Someone going in and editing the data in UTF-8 mode should fix this.
