This is true. Initially it has to be over 25 bucks. I got the new copy of Assassin Creed 2 that was $27.99 with the $10 off coupon to stack with SAVER. Total was $19.05. Not a bad price for a new copy of a great game.

Why not? I did it today. Vice City Stories normally 50 bucks. On sale at best buy for 30. Use a coupon. $26.41 with connecticut sale tax. Not bad for a $50 game.
