I'm not sure you can actually return the online-shipped 3DS using the store-bought 3DS receipt. They probably recorded the serial number of the 3DS when it was purchased, and when it is returned, it will have to match the serial number on the box and on the console. But let us know what happens :)

I'm not sure when this started, but EB/GS dropped the price on the PREMIUM editions of the Ys games. They're $30 each, which is the same price as the game-only. Seven is still quite widely available. You can also order it online. Oath in Felghana is much more scarce. I saw a copy at the GS...
