That's rather odd. The two I got with DK both say 11/25, but the $15 one I got for Epic Mickey does say 11/28.

The coupons that printed out for me say "Valid 11/25/10 - 1/8/11" So I guess you could use them on all the sales going on this weekend.

Okay so Donkey Kong and Epic Mickey both new for $45+tax and you still have a $20 coupon left. I'm still pretty pleased.
