There's no reason to get a CRT with $800. You can still at least get a solid LCD/plasma. I recently got a 42 inch panasonic plasma for roughly $800, and it's awesome. I would recommend looking for something that is 720p. 720p TVs still look great and they're way cheaper than 1080p TVs.

Braid. It's the most interesting and mentally challenging game I've played in a while. Even after you beat it there's a lot to do. The stars are some of the most difficult puzzles in the game. You have to rethink every puzzle piece to do the speed runs well. You could also spend forever...

I think my 3rd run through the game was under an hour. I beat the game the first time. Then my first speed run was about 69 minutes. My second speed run was a little over 45 minutes.

If you like 10+ footers, then you'll definitely like In The Groove. Almost every song has a stepchart that's 9-13 foot, and I think at least half of the songs are 10-13 footers. (Only 1 13 and like 5 12s)
