Yeah, the BB sticks have a shipping charge because they are significantly heavier than anything else we sell, and consequently cost more to ship. That additional $19.95 will be donated to Japan along with the rest of the money, though.

Yeah, the version of Agarest that we're selling doesn't have the special box that came with the Naughty Edition, nor does it have the CD. Other than that, the content is the same (game, pillowcase, mousepad). So far as the size of the pillowcase... I have no idea. I didn't realize pillows...

There's only one version of Mimana. It does come in a larger cardboard box (instead of just the PSP slipcase), if that's what you mean. It's the same thing you would have gotten if you bought Mimana when it was first released.

Well, not much point to me responding now. :3 But yes, it does 100% include the artbook and folder. If you're going to get Jake Hunter, I'd get Memories of the Past, which, sadly, we no longer have stock of. You might be able to find it on Amazon or eBay, though.
