Has Best Buy ever done this promotion before, the extra 50% TIV towards a pre-order? I'm just wondering if this will come up again in the near future (like with Max Payne 3, or some other big title).

I'm still not 100% clear on something. The first post makes it very clear that promos do not stack. So can we really be sure that if we do this: 50% bonus with pre-order of Mass Effect 3. Get a 50% trade in bonus when you pre-order Mass Effect 3. ...we'll still get the free $20 GC later...

So if I'm following you correctly, we can get the 50% trade-in bonus beyond the full purchase price of ME3? Just as long as we pre-order ME3 in the same transaction?

Yeah, I can't think of a $59.99 game either. But I look at it this way.... If I'm going to buy ME2 on sale anyway, I can always buy Dead Space 2 for 50% off and trade it to Amazon for $40. Easy profit! The only catch though is will that 50% deal work during the ME2 sale.......

OK, I'm trying to get this all figured out. Too much math. If someone plans to get all 3 of those big titles (ME2, LBP2, DS2), which of these scenarios is better: Buy LBP2 & get DS2 at 50% off, plus a $20 PSN card. Then get ME2 by itself a week later, on sale for $45 Buy ME2 right away, and...
