Ordered from HP:SMB site yesterday @ 6pm (must be Eastern because it was much earlier in NM). Got confirmation page w/ order number. Today I got the same "Please be patient, your order was captured and we are processing as quick as possible" email. Then the status on the HP Order Status Search...

I'd like to see some of you who ordered off HP but would now like to cancel due to the Onsale deal be completely successful. That will increase the odds that MY processing order through HP SMB gets fullfilled and everybody is happy. :-)

I think he meant that you could have used your cell phones web browser to do the transaction. After hours of trying on my laptop, I resorted to the phone browser and had it done in about 30 mins.

On the HP SBMB site, hit submit on the order (after inputting credit card info). Seems to be loading REALLY SLOWLY on the next (last page). Should I try and refresh it here, or just ride it out? I don't want multiple charges/purchases.

I just traded my copy to GS this week. I had played through all the HalfLife games, and Portal, had no use for Team Fortress. So I traded it...thanks for making me feel foolish!

It comes w/ DLC because it's the Game of the Year edition, not because it's a Greatest Hits title. I'm 99% sure there is a distinction between GOTY vs. GH.
