Hey guys, I just logged in on the new website and it says I am now level 1 with 0 point. But I had a bit over 1000 points for last year (year 2011~2012) and hit the ultimate status......is this normal?

Is the Lightning plaque still available?

For some reason, FF XIII-2 (PS3 version) can be registered twice as well.

I found this on the Square Enix Memeber FAQ page Did this happen to anyone? I signed up for Square Enix Member earlier this month, and I was planning to register exactly 20 games to become an Ultimate member :cry: Right now I have 15 games registered, I hope I can reach 1000 points...
