they can send books media mail, whereas games cannot be sent media mail, so if they can combine several into one order, books are cheaper to mail than games. One by one, its generally kind of a wash

If they think you are lying, then they would ask for proof.... And I highly doubt they will change their ways based on one persons pictures, regardless of how much you order, even when they claim they are looking into it.

Ive never had to pay return shipping for returns. Just tell CS its defective and they will give you a prepaid label.

A lot of movies dont even have a separate version for rentals, so Im not all that surprised. Ive ordered tons of PV movies and Ive rarely if ever gotten a rental. Of course, I also try and choose my movies based on which ones I think will have rental exclusives and avoid those.

very true, and usually i dont have a problem with that gamble as the items ive gotten were so far below retail value or even resell value that it didnt really matter, but lately their sales and prices have sucked, so no PV for me unless the price is unbelievably good.

i completely understand that PV = rental and Used = traded in copy, and I am totally ok with receiving a rental copy if I ordered PV, but if its supposed to be a bluray and a dvd, i should get a bluray and a dvd. A dvd to me is not like a special features disc, it is a main content disc. Its...
