Gamersgate isn't the only one. There's been times where Steam has run out of keys, but still sell the game.

Looking at their TOS: http://www.gamersgate.com/info/terms-of-use They really only have the power to revoke orders if they can't fulfill the order. If people have already redeemed the game though, or have a key, I don't think they can revoke it.

Took them about an hour to send me an email for BL2, but they refunded me for Ghost Recon, and Ghost Recon is still on my shelf lol. It's downloading now, will see if it still works.

I just got my four pack removed. Wasn't able to get any of the codes last night though, and no notification of a refund from paypal yet. Edit: I had sent myself a gift that I redeemed after the pack was removed. That copy's still there for now.
