I purchased this from Amazon for about $70 that got me a $30 Amazon credit. This is the FULL pro version, not just the upgrade, so I can't speak to that. Performance is far above what I experienced on Windows 7 Pro. Things are just MUCH snappier and instantaneous. Games run extremely well...
