When you guys say the code doesn't work on "previously viewed" do you mean for games and movies or just games? I got it to work on previously viewed blu rays so I was just curious if I got lucky or if that's normal :)

Just thought I'd give another update on this. Edit: disregard the update I posted earlier. Everything was sorted out. Turns out they cancelled as promised, there was just multiple emails sent out for the same items making it appear as if they hadn't cancelled.
