I posted on BBY's Facebook page about having the Collector's Edition and not getting a code for the hammer. I was told it should be e-mailed within 48 hours of picking the game up.

It actually mentions the Last of Us demo, it is not a code though. It just has instructions saying that it can be accessed from the disc once it is available. There just is no mention anywhere about the hammer DLC.
