You know, it is customary to send the money first. Some people may send first if you ask nicely, but you don't make a public scene if they say no. You can certainly decide not to buy, but that's on you. Don't be a jerk when you don't get your way.

Can anyone explain to me the point/appeal of these SteelBooks?  Especially for games like Fallout 76 where a disk for the main game literally does not exist. You want a case for your cardboard disk?

As far as I'm aware, it's always been like that. As long as you have an active PS+ subscription, any games you've claimed will be available. Won't be available when it's lapsed, but available again when you return.

Maybe starting your own topic would be better, because people here are just looking for eShop codes, not a completely new account.
