That sucks. I rarely buy new at full price anyways, but I haven't seen prices like these since the SNES days. At least the used and digital markets make it so much easier to find cheaper games now than the 16-bit era.

From what I hear, whatever "problem" caused them to sell the game early has been fixed, so people have been having trouble getting it early anymore. This is all second-hand info, but I suggest you call in to the store before heading out to see if they're still willing to sell it early.
