Just got an email about cancelation. Ordered two ocarina, Mario 3d land and mark kart 7

Ordered on 3/31. They charged me on 4/2. Estimate shipping date in email said 4/11. I log in today and my order history is empty. Don't see anything. No email or phone call. Tried looking up the order number....nothing.
