Woke up to find my XB1 is preparing for shipment, feeling good about a Friday delivery even though it says Monday still. Should be shipping from Indiana (I am in Illinois) should be no problem getting here by tomorrow. Hype

I'm expect thing as well considering I'm set for one day shipping. Just wish the expected delivery date would change from 25 to 22. Also seems strange that my games haven't shipped that I ordered today consider they are set for two day shipping.

No movement for me yet on the console, or the games I ordered today.

Well this is what I got from them "I am seeing that the item may ship anytime today however since we have to consider the quantity limit of the item, the ship to and ship from address and the availability of the carrier to deliver such volume amount of the item, there may be possible delay."...

yeah its a day one edition, I might have to go back and chat with them again. Had a talk with them earlier and they told me it was a system error issue and that they were looking into it.

Still saying a Monday delivery for me after my order this morning. Still holding hope that it could change but hope is fading. 

Yeah that's pretty bogus to pay more than everyone else.

They also told me to leave my shipping on one day shipping since the release day is so close. 

Went back into the chat, got this "I'm sorry about that, we are aware of this issue and our shipping and delivery team is working to fix it and delivery the Xbox one on the release date. I request you to wait till 24-48 hours for the release date delivery to show." Wish the first person would...

That's a logical explanation

What came out of it for me was they said people who pre-ordered first get theirs first. Seems kinda bogus since most of us who ordered today ordered within seconds of each other. Yet some of us get release day shipping and others don't. Why wouldnt they just send all the ones pre-ordered today...

Funny thing is they asked for the order id, which I gave. Then they came back with the xbox is out of stock.

While in the chat the customer service rep told me that the xbox one was out of stock. Even after I told them that I ordered one this morning when they had stock. Customer service at it's best

Mine has been changed to one day still getting a 25th delivery day. Hopefully they are just sorting out all the orders still and it will get changed. I have an email sent to them so will have to wait and see what they say.

Most likely, I am hoping that my 25th delivery date is also a system error.
