Amazon still has a few copies of Dragons Crown for Vita at $29 and prime eligible. It's the cheapest I've seen it new or used so you might want to jump on that.

Got a question. Can you used the "extra 30% trade in when you trade towards GTAV/FIFA 14/etc" to get the extra 30% trade in and then return the game (at a different store most likely) and keep the extra trade in value? Or is there another 30% trade in deal I don't know about?
