I began experiencing stutters in a few games after the most recent nVidia driver, especially in Destiny 2. What I found online was to remove the MSI Afterburner monitoring of Power% under the settings, monitoring tab. This eliminated the stutters on my Gigabyte 1080ti Also you mentioned that...
