    I know it's not my fault but I don't think he has been a phantom before and I didn't tell him that logging into the account would lock it so I kind of feel bad about it.

    I don't understand why it locked. You downloaded it, I deactivated you and then you said it locked? You must of logged back into the bloodbourne account. You messaged me saying you want your money back? I don't mind giving u ur money back but just make sure you don't log into the phantom account...
