For Homeworld, yes Cheapy the game is stupidly hard, but for the wrong reasons. There is only one strategy to use: Salvage as many ship as possible. Mission 6 can be passed by reloading mission 5 and bulding bunch of defender ships and assault frigates.  Missions 7 and 8 are probably the worst...
