Anyone else having problems redeeming points for a certificate?

How fast did you get the points? I renewed today and haven’t gotten them yet.

The GameStop website says if you join or renew rewards pro membership you get 10,000 points. Has anyone gotten those points recently?

I finally got one of these certificates. February’s certificate was emailed to me an hour ago and it’s in active offers now.

I signed up in June of last year and don’t have anything in active offers either.

Went to Gamestop to ask if they were going to sell any pre orders that were not picked up tomorrow and got the web in store order instead. Didn't realize the delivery would be in May, but at least I am going to get one.

You can get 3 for 33 starting tomorrow.
