My screw was there. I didn't try removing it and putting it back in, but since it's not even going to safe mode, things don't seem good. W/e I'm getting the other one. Will report back once I see how that goes. Disappointed though since I liked the price point of the VG one.

Welp. I got my very good PS4 today (cosmetically it looked great) and it worked for a little while, then I went to update it and it froze. Pressed back and it went to the PSN account creation screen, but my console froze. Did a hard reset, now I get this error and can't even go into safe mode...
