I was able to get the Lego Batmans today :)  Guess They left those prices but not Marvel

Is the X1 version of Marvel Super Heroes showing for anyone else as $19.99 instead of $9.90?  I have xbox live gold, grabbed Lego Batman 1 & 2 for the sale price, but on the X1 and the Live website can't get the Marvel sale price to show.  Any suggestions?  Thanks in advance.
