From what I understand Wal-Mart doesn't "charge" your card, they just "hold" the funds until the pre-order ships. (Which is the same thing in my opinion.) That being said, as soon as they see that you no longer have those funds that are on "hold" available in your account they cancel your order...

If you get banned for flipping games at Gamestop do they take away your preorders if you paid them in full with GS credit? I flipped about 5 copies of PS3 MLB this last 50% sale they had going, should I cancel my preorders and put the credit on GS gift cards till the heat dies down? I didn't...
