Pretty much. The only cons it has is being unable to shoot people, fly and call in extra killstreaks. Guard Dog seems at the very least a 7 - 8 kill tier killstreak that does way too much already for 4 - 5 kills. I've grown accustomed to dealing with a random pack of dogs tracking their dead...
