Very long story short: I tried putting my order through on the phone with them because of my local stores not having any reasonable selection and the online ordering not working. It took 45 minutes to even get through to a person and ANOTHER 45-60 minutes talking to the lady to get my order...

Personally I don't think mentioning CAG is that big of a deal. It was a pretty good letter and I support it. I decided a year ago never to buy anything from this company again. They are very conveniently located to me, but it is experiences like this that keep me away from them. And also...
