Thanks for the giveaway! It would be fun to revisit these.

I guess that makes sense. Other than maybe having someone carry me through Uber Lilith and maybe trying the last two characters I haven't tried, I'm probably done with Diablo IV.

I went ahead and bought AC: Valhalla as well, as I had been holding off on a deal on the complete edition. $21 for everything there seems good. Not sure when I'll get around to it, but seems unlikely that I'll regret it if it drops a few more bucks with all that's included.

They do not compound, but they do add. You can get 50% of the base price.

To add to the Chained Echoes talk, I played all the way through it when it first hit Game Pass. I really enjoyed it. Story was engaging enough to keep me pressing forward. Sea of Stars had more polish, and I think is the better game overall, but I think the story and characters were way more...

My Super Mario Wonder (ordered 11/4) arrived yesterday. NTSC version. Puzzling.

Don’t make the mistake I did and forget to claim the rewards from that as you earn them. Game is good.

Yes. The bonus doesn't trigger until the PS5 is scanned in on that transaction.

    Best Buy YMMV Thread

Damn, missed it. Definitely would have been on board as I haven't played the game (just got a PS5 after not owning a PS4). Good deal!

It's been awhile since I traded games in to GameStop, and I've not really been keeping up (and their website isn't particularly transparent). As far as maximizing values for games traded in, I assume the best return is to pre-order a game during trade in. Not factoring in Pro, is that a 20% or...

I think unless there's a minute sale and Professor Layton vs. Phoenix Wright for 3DS or Rhythm Heaven Fever for Wii U, I may have everything I want. I bought all the games in Rusty's Real Deal Baseball (highly recommended, BTW) and Rhythm Heaven Megamix (also good). It has made me more...

    Target Clearance Thread XXIV

I got the Circle offer, but pretty much the only thing I'm interested in at the moment is Live A Live, and it doesn't qualify. Pass.

+1 to this. Tunic definitely isn't for everyone, but there's no shame in using the accessibility options to just make it a puzzle game if you found that aspect enjoyable.

Just wanted to drop a line and say that Radiant Historia is absolutely worth $10, especially if 1) you have never played it, and/or 2) you enjoy Chrono Trigger. I own both the original on DS and Perfect Chronology, and I'm honestly contemplating buying the digital edition.

If you're considering playing Creature in the Well, I'd highly recommend it. It's also a pretty quick completion (I think I finished it over a long play one morning and got all of the achievements to boot). I'd estimate it took me about 5 hours to do everything.

Oooh, The Messenger for consoles. That one actually made me finally bite the bullet and play it on my PC. I'd probably take a second pass on it if the achievement lists are separate. And Streets of Rogue. I've wanted to try that one out. Good gets.

I'd say if going for achievements was your primary goal, you could knock all of them out in 40-50 hours. I hadn't played the game before the beta, and it took me a bit of calibration to get used to the optimal leveling paths, but it wasn't a ridiculous grind. I was pretty unencumbered by...
