Both sequels came out only a few months after the originals. I wouldn't expect an official price drop on any of these games - Atlus doesn't do that. Your best bet is probably eBay, otherwise you'll probably have to pay the $29.99.

Also Amazon.ca has both sequels in stock for $29.99.

I wouldn't call them rare. Amazon.ca has SN in stock for $29.99, and I bought both SN and SRT on eBay recently for about $20 US each, including shipping. Basically, there aren't a lot of copies out there, but not many people are looking for them either. Low supply, low demand - this is the case...
