I don't think it was ever $349.99. The one I purchased on Sunday October 8 was $359.99 and was the same bundle (Xbox 360 Premium + Saints Row, Test Drive, & Dead Rising). My order was cancelled 2 days later and I was sent an email apologizing for the mix-up. From what I understand ALL orders...

Just found it on the front page, the site let me add the item to my cart and buy it. Had this same thing happen when it was $360 but we will see what happens
