Former Best Buy lackey here, for those coupons, unless the item is listed in the categories (ie Video Games) they will not scan and need a manager override to apply to the total.  Usually, the managers are very against allowing those through on non-listed items too since the coupon is so specific.

I am on the fence still but 28 bucks for Arkham Origins and SimCity seems pretty good.  Is SimCIty worth the 15 bucks?
