If I had preordered, the thing that would suck the most is that EBgames.com/Gamestop.com is fulfilling those online "glitch" orders before fulfilling their in-store ones. Quite a few people on SD have posted that their consoles are already shipped with tracking numbers. OUCH.

Another poster said they would only be selling them online. At least for launch day.

They also have a way of telling exactly when you got your membership, as it tells me in my account when I need to renew mine. I believe it means you cannot add the membership to your cart nor try and get one online today or tomorrow. It takes two business days to get your membership number...

Due to an extremely limited supply, we can accept orders from current Costco members That means a lot of people will be disappointed come Friday morning when they try to add a membership to the cart.

I went today to my local Sam's Club and an associate stated that they didn't know how many they were getting, but they were definitely getting some. Firm business members only rule at 7 AM.

I know exactly what you mean. I figure that people were crazy with TRU because it was their only option, so they gathered at one retail chain. There'll be WalMart, Circuit City, Best Buy, Target, and (maybe KB, maybe TRU?) selling on launch, so hopefully everyone will spread out. But...

There's gonna be so many people at that store. I expect people from Philly, all over south Jersey, and even Jersey peeps from central/north coming down just to get one of the hundred systems they're gonna have. Crazy. I'm not even gonna bother with that store. I dorm in NYC for school, but...

It depends on the store. I read on other forums that some people weren't allowed in at 7 AM unless they were business members, and that by the time it got to 10 AM, 360's were all sold out.

So it just went up at a random time? Or was it exactly at midnight EST? LOL, sorry for askin' so many questions, but I'm paranoid b/c I wanna get my PS3 preorder in. Thanks in advance.

Sam's Club had 'em too. Best part is that with their business membership, you can get in at 7 AM. I hope they get the PS3 on launch. :bouncy:
