The original is one of the best JRPGs ever made.  Glad this downport turned out about as well as could be expected.  Get it if you never played the original for sure.  I won't be getting it (don't have a New 3DS anyway) but I already have the PAL and NA version of the original so... ;)

I've used both in the past- not anytime recently- and didn't have issues with either of them.  Only used zavvi for PAL games though, and Play-Asia for Asian/Japanese.

I did, but I did want to know CAG experiences just for reference. I'm not surprised their customer service is pretty good. This is the only issue I've ever had with them. But it does make me wary of buying any used games online anymore in combination with past experiences.
