Well, here goes.

Fact: Buy.com has horrible customer service. Their e-mail service is almost entirely automated, and if you try to e-mail with an explanation of what went wrong, the e-mail people don't seem to understand, and they just send another automated e-mail. They don't list a number on their website...

Yeah, I just had to return the thing and never look back. I'm just putting this thing behind me. Buy.com doesn't even list a phone number on their website, and their e-mails are the most automated pieces of crap I've ever seen.

I got the same e-mail, and I'm wondering the same thing. The mistake STILL isn't fixed at the website, so my guess is they will indeed send another Crush. As far as they're concerned, we're all ordering Crush. The e-mails are all horribly automated, so I'm going to try calling them.

So what happens now? Do all of us idiots who ordered it just have to call and ask for a refund? Will they honor their contract and send Alien Syndrome when it does come out?

I called my local EB Games ahead of time, and they said the deal would work just fine. But my local Best Buy had exactly one copy of Open Season and no copies of Far Cry, so I was out of luck. Oh well.
