Thats a per store thing. Most stores will gut all product for the sale except UMD as was instructed by the DMs. And why any store that guts games would leave manuals in the case is beyond me. The only thing I'm hoping for is that we don't have to put those big 10%, 15%, 20%, etc, stickers on...
