I work at sears, which is part of the same company as K-Mart. Its our company policy that if there is a signing issue we have to give the price marked. Even if you try to take the games back, K-Mart is supposed to refuse to charge you the amount the games were supposed to cost.

Sears is great because they charge $5 less than the store they are price matching, at least the Sears I work at does. I am pretty sure it is a company wide policy though.

I got a core Xbox 360 last week for $100, it came with everything except a controller. The guy said it was broken but I have been running it for hours and have had no problems at all. I was planning on selling it for like $175 but I think ill keep it as a back up.
