I had both of those problems but I emailed them about my suspended subcription and they change it to active paid.I also emailed them about hoow is it suppose to be 12 months not 8montha and they changed it back to 12 months.

THat is the same thing it says on mine. I send the an email to see why It got suspended and why am I only getting 8 mags and not the full year
