It wasn't advertised as having an extra controller. The product description in my previous post is a copy/paste of the xbox pro bundle descripton from live search club. The wireless controller, headset, etc. are the standard items that come in the XBox 360 pro box.

I have the same problem with my left surround speaker. I called Pioneer and they said they won't replace it and I have to go to a repair center to get it fixed under waranty. Fortunately there is one close to where I live.

I received my Xbox 360 today. The "Xbox 360 pro bundle" was supposed to include several games but they only sent me the system. As far as I can tell, it is the old xbox 360 premium (no hdmi, no forza, no marvel, no falcon chip). The estimated ship date was 12/6.

I received a xbox 360 controller today. It was ordered on 10/17 and had an estimated ship date of 12/12. I was surprised to get it so soon. If they were going to ship me something early I wish it would have been the 360 bundle I ordered 10/12.
