$1 CDs at Dollar Tree

Dollar Tree had some CDS for $1, most however, at least to me, were junk

CDs I picked up:
Guns and Roses Chinese Democracy [Best Buy Exclusive]
Disturbed Indestructible (Live in germany) [Best Buy Exclusive]
Bill Engvall 15 degrees off cool [Walmart Item]
Story of the Year In the Wake of Determination

Guns & Roses as well as Disturbed CDs has the best buy price tags still on them

hmmm, well I think i'm gonna have to find a dollar tree tomorrow and see if I can still find the disturbed and bill engvall cds. Are they at all Dollar Trees or is it a ymmv type thing ?
 
Dollar Tree has come up, majorly! I see why Walmart called them a threat. Found some DVDs and blu-rays the other day. They have some good stuff in their freezers, from time to time, too! Went in planning on spending $5 or less, ended up spending $29.xx on all kinds of stuff!

I saw Disturbed indestructible (live in germany) and Guns and roses Chinese Democracy at 2 different locations the same day,
however this may be YMMV as people months ago found UMD movies, however neither of these locations had those as the time.

Also both of those specifics still had the best buy stickers on them, so it may have been local best buy closeout

Really? Not trying to be snarky, but I don't see how WalMart could even consider Dollar Tree a threat.

They are indeed a threat. Walmart no longer wants dollar tree stores in the same areas they are located.

Figure needing 5 items - soap, shampoo, razors, toilet paper, and chips. You can grab these for 5$ at dollar tree or 15$ at Walmart.
