Anyone seen this on their Spotlight on Xbox live? Its 1 dollar and you get one month plus The Maw and Snoopys Flying Ace.

Just make sure if you never used credit card with them, to turn off auto renewal if you decide too.
 
Its only for people who has 1 month trial. It turns ON your auto renewal though. But was wondering if I can call them up and turn it off?
 
wow, im actually interested in this....are you locked into any minimum month amount after this is up? I dont want get charged if I was to turn auto renewal off...anyone have experience in this?
 
eh, games aren't good enough to give my credit card info to MS.

Its kinda sad that I cant trust my gaming provider to have my credit info...
 
Sign up for the deal, call them up and have them remove your credit card from your account and turn off auto-renewal. I've done this in the past for similar promotions and it can be a pain, but usually worth it.

they'll send you the code on your email but what sucks is that you have to wait 6-8 weeks I believe.
 
Just a quick FYI: You can disable the auto-renewal directly though the Xbox Live website.

The only thing that sucks is that you can't remove your CC info until after the 1 month promo is finished, but you can at least make sure it doesn't bill you for another year.

I went through 3 or 4 1 month for $1 deals last year so I became familiar with the process pretty quickly.

yeah i got this too i signed up on december 23 i think. i'm still waiting for the games to go to my email. i also got another offer to extend my trial for another month for free

Wow proved my ass wrong lmao... thats crazy when did that pop up?? thinkin probally for people on there 1Month Trial as they get the best Deals but not sure because i also got the 1month 2Arcade games for a Dollar like u aswell but havent got that offer.. i got the Family pack with a Extra Month and 2 Free games..

I'm pretty sure this isn't an option anymore with the latest Xbox.com update (that came around the time Kinect launched).
Atleast I had to call to cancel my auto-renew.
 
i just recently got my 360 (christmas) so i had the free 1 month trial. then i did the 2 free games for 1 dollar thing, then i also got a free month. pretty sweet. that deal showed up on my dashoard like last week and it's still there but i already used it
 
wait you know what i think i did get that... does your Gold Expire in Feb?? because i made my Trial like in December then i got the Dollar Promotion with the 2games then it said that it will Expire in Feb but they never said i was gonna get a free month lol
 
i checked dashboard and it said i'm good till april. not sure why.

now someone hop on crackdown 2 and help me orb hunt. haha
