Do these types of sales happen often?

I've never followed the PS+ sales just because it wasn't required previously with the PS3 to play online (which I'm not happy that the PS4 requires a subscription to do so...)

Sorry for the double post but I finally got around to grabbing this just now. Looked in my coupons at checkout and had a 5 dollar off 20$ on ebay app for Ios and android that was said to be expired on page 1. 37.xx after tax in NJ.

Figured it wouldn't hurt to let you guys know.
