It looks like Raptr is offering $10 of in-game items for Stronghold Kingdoms to those that download the game or bind their accounts to Amazon (they recently opened a F2P game store). Details can be found here:

Was going to try the game but looks confusing. Raptr did give me a code. Looks like you'll need to have a credit card on file with amazon to link the account.

Try playing again and game is too confusing for my taste. One way I found to redeem the code was in game go up to My Account then redeem code offer.
