Edit: nevermind, does not work online. I thought the coupon code at the bottom allowed you to use it online too.

i believe they do work with mmo timecards, i used to xbox 360 launch coupon print out for a WoW timecard, and it went through at mine
 
Yeah this should work fine with timecards but for most games this is not as good as Game Gift Cards. Thanks for the info though OP.

For a $50 new game, it's just as good. For a $60 360 game, it's better. But most importantly, these are printable, and GGCs have all but vanished.
 
Wow I didn't know this coupon still works?! Would this work on Guitar Hero or is that only consider as a peripheral?

Not true...My BBs still have tons of the new Blue GGCs that end in the middle of the year, and mine is still cool about accepting the old ones from last year.

Ahh but his statement wasn't a definitive one to begin with, but an all but statement.

Which is the case for my BB as well GGC have been nonexistant there since around Christmas, which sucks. I really want to get a few, but don't feel like driving an hour away to pick some up.
 
Does that magical coupon ($10 off $30) still work at Best Buy? There was a thread about this a while ago but I want to know how YMMV this is.
 
I used a $10 off coupon at BB today (although it wasn't this one. My parents got it in them mail) to get Star Wars Empire at War for $45 with a $10 gift card. :)

It should... its under the description "Kids Software" (lol) at Best Buy.com, and the coupon is usable for "Video Game and PC Entertainment".

Might use this + a $5 RZ cert to get a card for $22.

Nobody's posted a link to the supposed first posting of this deal, so there's no reason to harp on the OP. Just saying repost does nothing unless it's painfully obvious.

If they don't look at the coupon carefully, then it's probable that they will take it. If they do look at it, then most likely you will be denied.
 
From what I understand, the expired $10 off coupon still works in the system - the only thing stopping it is the sharp eye of the cashier if they catch the expiration date.

Darn, that reminds me I have some 10% off BB coupons I could have used today when I bought a DS game. Well, if you can use two coupons...I was already using the $5 off GGC.
 
Has anyone used this coupon, any problems come up like it not being honored? I don't want to be thrown out of a store for trying to save 10%.

It's a Best Buy coupon, I don't know why you would be. www.bestbuybuzz.com is a corporate website.

If I remember, I'm going to rebuy Battle for Middle Earth with this tonight since I paid the full $20 for it last week.
 
Thanks botticus, I wasn't sure if that bestbuybuzz was a legtimate site I never heard of them until now. I would also like to know if this will work on umd movies like mcgavin27 said?
