Like my title says. There is a coupon for an extra 10% off on all gamedays sale merchandise in the new game informer. Check it out. I don't have the capabilities to scan it for you guys, but maybe some nice CAG with Game Informer can help out. :D

Just checked my GI, thanks. I probably would've missed this otherwise. Don't have a scanner unfortunately. I do find it stupid though that they make it a regular page rather than one of those stiff inserts. It's also integrated like an ad into the magazine, so if I want to tear it out, I have to cut out part of the little sister, and I don't even get to harvest her ADAM.

27, it's a big full page ad with the lower part being the coupon. I got lucky finding it so quickly. It's right before the big Bioshock 2 fold out.
 
Does it work with more than 1 item? It says 10% extra savings on all game days sale items, and then it says save 10% on any game days sale merchandise. Does that imply that you can use it on your whole purchase?
 
Some people who work at GS know that they are not supposed to accept copied versions of the coupon, but there is no harm in trying.
 
What month is the magazine? I just started my subscription on the 6th, and i REALLY want this coupon. Am i going to start getting them next month?

5/2, and I believe the general concensus was that it was going to start sometime on the first weekend in April, which would be the 3rd or so.

Not really going to get my hopes up, but hopefully we see some decent stuff on the list. Last year the only real standout was Odin Sphere for me.

Oh, and it's the April issue, as someone said earlier it has the Bioshock cover story. GS always has interesting ways of doing their coupons, since I don't see anything on the coupon about photocopies, and they of course put the EBC code right under the bar code, so that's really all they need to enter.

I just hope there's another B2G1 sale during this promo.

Well, 55% off if you want to be technical, assuming that the 10% is calculated off of the already-reduced price.

It shouldn't. Legit percent off deals are supposed to be summed before they are taken off in gamestop's system.

If you just subscibed on the 6tg, you ought to be able to go into your local Gamestop where you got your edge card and magazine subscription and ask them for a free copy of this months Bioshock issue since due to your subscription start and the delay to get it goin, you will likely miss out on this issue. Tell them further you really only want the issue so you can spend more money at their store using the 10% Game Days sale coupon inside ;)

Most Gamestop's have extra of each magazine for this purpose even. BTW, if one Gamestop says no to you(which I doubt they would) this strategy and same explanation can be tried at a different Gamestop to get the issue, hopefully with better luck just in case the first one you visit says no.

Gamestop is normally pretty good to recent magazine subscribers/new edge card holders in light of the circumstances. Good luck. Shouldn't be too hard to get this months issue IMO.
